How to register, allocate and control shares in a company

About this webinar
This webinar is an informal discussion on shares in a Company pertaining to the allocation, recording and registration of shares in a Company and where to find shares in the Companies Act and Regulations.

It covers the legislative requirements and challenges pertaining to the registering of shares in a company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and, thereafter, how the shares are allocated and recorded between the shareholders of the company, and the pitfalls to look out for when allocating the shares.
