📘 About this Online Course
This course focuses on the basic principles in medical law and specifically medical negligence. Increasingly, more legal practitioners are pursuing these types of claims without having received training in this sui generis type of delict.
Participants will learn how medical law differs from other forms of delictual claims and how to approach litigation in medical negligence matters practically and effectively.
This is an exclusive two-month online course with no physical attendance sessions.

The online programme consists of three webinars, each focusing on specific medical negligence requirements and broader medical law principles.

- Practical litigation guidance
This e-course is presented in English only and all assignments must be submitted in English.
