Presenter
Prof Raheel Ahmed is a professor in the Department of Private Law at the University of South Africa. She is also an admitted attorney, notary, and conveyancer. Prof Ahmed has been involved in teaching the law of delict, the law of damages and third-party compensation law at the University of South Africa. She is also an ETD practitioner for LSSA/LEAD teaching personal injury claims to candidate legal practitioners. Prof Ahmed has published extensively on the law of delict and third-party compensation law. |
