This webinar will cover the theory, as well as the practical aspects of commercial, retail and industrial rental properties and lease agreements. We will assess the impact of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2002 (CPA) on commercial lease agreements, as well as solutions with regard to rental disputes, including alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and evictions. The webinar will focus on all the legal aspects of rental property in general, with emphasis on evictions.

How to register

Kindly note that registrations are done online. For certification purposes, participants should register individually, using their own email address. This will enable the system to generate a unique username and password for each person.
