The fee is subject to subvention by the LPC. Due to uncertainty on subvention. Payment of the fee must be done before the programme commences and access to resources is provided. The fee includes online study material but excludes stationery.

- 1. certified copy of the applicant's South African identity document; and
- 2.certified copy of the applicant's LLB degree from a South African University or an original letter from the Dean of Law of the University concerned, stating that the student has completed their LLB degree in the current year;
- 3. certified copy of the applicant's BProc degree;
- 4. Law degree completed in a foreign country recognised by SAQA as equivalent to the South African LLB law degree.
Letter from the Supervisor
- 5. Letter from the Supervisor confirming candidate has registered for a PVT contract if applicable. Only if the candidate has served 6 months under the said pupil contract, will they be eligible to write the Advocates Admission examinations of 2022 in terms of Rule 21.11.2.
