Paralegal Practice (National Certificate) Full Academic Year Course (1 Year) | 2024 – Schedule

Notes

• Full time classes Tuesdays and Thursday (9H00 am to 11H30 am)
• Part Time online classes Tuesdays and Thursdays (17H00 pm to 18H00 pm)

Distance classes (videos will be published weekly on Vimeo(Live streaming)

Face to face training will take place at Law Society of South Africa | 161 Lynnwood Road, Corner Jan Shoba | Brooklyn (LSSA – dedicated venue unless stated otherwise)

Assessments

• Full Time: Learners interactive Tasks Monday and Wednesdays and Friday’s class assessments
• Part Time: interactive classes and Tasks 2 Saturdays a Month

Interactive classes include but not limited to group research, Projects, Moot court, Court attendance, CCM appearances etc.

LSSA/LEAD shall have the right in its sole discretion to postpone or cancel tuition in any programme initially advertised and offered on the basis of insufficient demand.

Should the LSSA/LEAD cancel the proposed training, registered learners will be given reasonable notice of the cancellation and all fees paid by the learner will be refunded.
