Exciting News!

We are pleased to announce that Discretionary SASSETA funding has been granted for 100 staff members from Legal Practising Firms and 100 employees from Non-Practising Firms for this course. As a result, delegates who meet the specific criteria will be eligible to attend the course free of charge.

However, to secure this funding, you must follow a few important steps and complete a new online registration form.

WHO QUALIFIES

• Employed individuals
• South African citizens
• Foreign nationals with a valid work permit
• 100 employees from Practising Legal Practitioners
• 100 employees from Non-Practising Legal Practitioners

WHO DOES NOT QUALIFY

• Unemployed individuals
• Students
• Individuals enrolled in any other SASSETA learning programme
• Candidate Legal Practitioners

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR SASSETA FUNDING
If you qualify for the SASSETA funding, please ensure the following documents are submitted with your online registration form:

• Completion of the SP01 Form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE – complete, sign, scan and upload)
• Confirmation of employment from your firm/company (on a signed company letterhead: Full name and surname, date of employment and position)
• Certified copy of your ID
• Copy of your highest qualification attained
• Firm/Company SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
• Firm/Company CIPC Registration Certificate
• COIDA Certificate (workman’s compensation)
• B-BBEE Certificate (if applicable for all other Institutions i.e. Banks, Bond Originators, Estate Agents, etc)

CLOSING DATE : 20 MARCH 2025

Note: Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your documents as soon as possible. The system will automatically close registrations once the required number of delegates (100 per group) is reached.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SASSETA FUNDED)

• The course will be conducted in English only.
• Cancellations will not be accepted once the course materials and link have been shared.
• Participants who fail to cancel before the links and material have been emailed OR do not attend the course will be issues with an invoice and will be held responsible for the full payment of this course.
• LEAD may record the course for quality assurance purposes. In accordance with company policy and copyright protection, recordings and PowerPoint presentations will not be made available after the course.
• You will receive the course materials and link via email approximately 24 hours before the course begins. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder. If it is not there, contact Yolanda Singh at Yolanda@LSSALEAD.org.za.

LSSA/LEAD shall have the right in its sole discretion to postpone or cancel tuition in any programme initially advertised and offered based on insufficient demand. Should LSSA/LEAD cancel the proposed training, registered delegates will be given reasonable notice of the cancellation and all fees paid by the delegate will be refunded.
