About this webinar

Statistics indicate that many small businesses do not survive for longer than three years. This includes professional service providers like law firms. There are many reasons that lead to a firm's demise. This could include inadequate capitalisation, financial mismanagement or for one reason or the other, the inability to attract lucrative work from established clients. Join us as we unpack the various tools that are used by marketers and strategists to formulate a strategy that enables a business to be sustainable.
