This workshop has been presented annually since 2005 under the guidance of one of the world-renowned insolvency experts, Professor André
Boraine (now also Dean of the Faculty of Law at University of Pretoria). It covers the most vital aspects of Insolvency Law. Professor Boraine has put
together a team of experts in this field of study and the team d raws from their experience as academics and people in practice.
