The webinar will deal with a step-by-step approach on how to draft a Liquidation and Distribution Account in terms of regulation 5 of the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965. All administrators of deceased estates, being attorneys, candidate attorneys, agents, and laypersons will benefit from attending the webinar.

•    Basic formula for the calculation of estate duty.
