About these webinars? This is a series of four intensive webinars. The object is to transfer skills to improve performance for trial lawyers. Every aspect of adversarial litigation will be addressed and the webinars will also focus on best practice.Learn the techniques you require, from gathering the facts to effective presentation to persuading a judge. During the webinars, practical demonstrations will be provided. Presenter Ismail Hussain SC is a former Judge of the High Court and Competition Appeal Court. He has been a highly popular LEAD trainer for many years. Mr Hussain SC is an expert in commercial drafting, opinion writing, litigation and case management. He is also a published author. He is a Professor of law at Nelson Mandela University. The presenter is about to publish his fourth book: “TRIAL ADVOCACY the art of Persuasion” – to be published by LexisNexis. His book “Practical Drafting Skills” is very popular with practitioners. How it is structured The whole process from trial preparation and trial certification to final argument will be presented. An exciting new topic has been added for Virtual Hearings and the use of technology inside the court room to make your presentation more persuasive. A demonstration of software will be presented. You may attend only the webinar of your choice and will receive certification. However, it is recommended that you attend all four, if possible.
