About this Course
Conveyancing is a highly specialised field with new rules and regulations relating to conveyancing transactions being imposed every year. Thus, there is a constant requirement to actively keep yourself updated with new developments in practice. New Acts are promulgated and the Deeds Office sets down new practice notes from time to time, which demand that you keep abreast with the changes if your conveyancing practice is to run efficiently.
This course provides the knowledge and practical tools to tackle more complex conveyancing transactions and teaches delegates to ask the right questions to obtain all the information required for each transaction.

Presenter
Mike Gregory
Mike Gregory was admitted as a conveyancer and notary public in 1982. He started lecturing to attorneys wishing to write the conveyancing examination in 1993 and continues to lecture for LEAD. He compiled the course material for the examination preparation course and practises for his own account specialising in township developments, mortgage bonds, transfers and general conveyancing matters. He is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
