About this course and what the programme includes Conveyancing is a highly specialised field with new rules and regulations relating to conveyancing transactions being imposed every year. Thus, there is a constant requirement to actively keep yourself updated with new developments in practice. New Acts are promulgated and the Deeds Office sets down new practice notes from time to time, which demand that you keep abreast with the changes, if your conveyancing practice is to run efficiently. This course will provide you with the knowledge and practical tools to tackle more complex conveyancing transactions and will further teach you to ask the right questions in order to obtain all necessary information essential for each transaction. | How to register
Kindly note that registrations are done online. For certification purposes, participants should register individually, using their own email address. This will enable the system to generate a unique username and password for each person. |
