About this webinar

More and more legal practitioners are engaging in the field of deceased estate administration and the need arose to assist them with practical information to enable them to make a success of this venture by minimising the frustrations that go hand in hand with deceased estates.

This webinar will assist legal practitioners with the drafting of a valid will and the registration of a deceased estate with the Master of the High Court, without the perceived difficulties.
Uncertainties with regard to the formalities of a valid will, will be cleared and practitioners will be assisted to ensure that once a will is executed it will be valid.

How to deal with a will that was not accepted as valid by the Master of the High Court.

With the challenges experienced at Master’s offices country wide this webinar can assist legal practitioners to ensure that all documents required for the registration of a deceased estate are correctly completed.

Methods on how to expedite the process will be discussed
