About this course
This workshop has been presented annually since 2005 under the guidance of renowned insolvency expert, Prof. André Boraine (Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria). It covers vital aspects such as liquidation and sequestration applications, the effects of insolvency, administration of insolvent estates, distribution of proceeds, and business rescue.

Day 2
Liquidation of companies | Aspects of Business rescue | Compromises | Overview of the administration process

Application of the proceeds of assets (drafting of estate accounts and related matters)
Presenter
The presenters draw from their experience as academics and expert insolvency practitioners. The team consists of Prof. André Boraine (University of Pretoria), Mr Khashane Manamela and Mr Matthew Klein.
