Introduction
This practical online course equips legal professionals with the expertise to draft effective contracts, critically analyse agreements prepared by others or Artificial Intelligence (AI), and confidently meet the expectations of clients and contracting parties.
A well-drafted contract builds trust and reduces the risk of costly disputes and litigation. This course focuses on developing practical drafting skills that remain valuable in an AI-driven legal environment.

Presenter
Advocate Nicholas J. Tee has practised as an advocate at the Johannesburg Society of Advocates since 1989 and specialises in non-profit organisations, POPIA, consumer protection, company law, land claims and succession law.
Nicholas is a service provider to the Legal Practice Council, the University of the Witwatersrand School of Law and Legal Education and Development (LEAD). He is the recipient of the French Republic’s Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite for his contribution to legal and community development.
