As more legal practitioners enter the field of deceased estate administration, the need has arisen to provide practical guidance on the administration of intestate estates. This webinar equips practitioners with practical knowledge and skills to confidently deal with intestate succession matters.


Presenter

Zimkhitha Matikinca

Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary at Matikinca Attorneys.

Zimkhitha has more than 20 years’ experience working with deceased estates from both the administration side as executor/agent and in a supervisory capacity as Deputy Master of the High Court.

She also lectures Wills and Estates at the Bloemfontein Law School and serves as an examiner for Paper 2 of the Attorneys’ Board Examinations at the Legal Practice Council.
