ABOUT THIS ONLINE COURSE
The course focuses on the various forms of business enterprise and how these types of businesses operate in the South African legal context.
A participant will learn, amongst other things, about the changes brought about by the Companies Act, 2008, as well as receive an introduction to the concept of business rescue.
The course consists of 9 modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of entrepreneurial law. The material is presented in an interactive and interesting manner and a participant will be able to test his or her knowledge by way of a self-assessment after each module.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This online course is a must for attorneys / practitioners wishing to expand their practical knowledge of entrepreneurial law and the application of the Companies Act, 2008
Students receive a training DVD with the required learning material. Materials will also be available for downloading from eLEADer (the LEAD online learning portal).
