Evictions and Rental Recovery Workshop - New Content

About the workshop The one-day workshop focuses on the practical application of the theory of eviction law. Both residential and commercial evictions are covered. The workshop is not a repeat of the 2012 workshop and, therefore, will benefit both first time attendees and attendees of previous eviction law seminars. Topics to be included Commercial evictions: High Court and Magistrate’s Court; Residential evictions: Prevention of Illegal Evictions from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act 19 of 1998 (PIE Act); Extension of Security of Tenure Act (ESTA); High Court and Magistrate’s Court; action and motion procedure; and rental claims.		Who should attend? The workshop is aimed at legal practitioners.
