5-Day Divorce Mediation Workshop for Attorneys
Acquire mediation skills to assist divorcing couples reach amicable agreements. The workshop conforms with the standards for Court Annexed Mediation published by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development and is accredited by the National Board of Family Mediators (NABFAM).

  2. Cancellation by registered delegate: Any person who has registered for a seminar/workshop and fails to cancel (in writing) at least 48 hours prior to the workshop starting, shall be held liable for the full payment. Refunds must be claimed in writing within 15 business days after cancellation.
  3. Cancellation by LEAD: If you wish to attend an event, please book as soon as possible as LEAD reserves the right to cancel a learning activity should the number of delegates not justify the costs involved. Registered delegates will be given reasonable notice of cancellation.
